Hi Mr. Smith,
A message of appreciation for the service I received from UKnewcars in the sourcing of my Jaguar XF recently. You may use this letter as a recommendation for your service should you so wish.
You may also use my Name if you have any potential customers who want to speak to a past user of your services. I think any potential customer speaking to someone who has used UKnewcars in the past would relieve any anxieties they may have, as I certainly did.
I tried to negotiate with several local Jaguar dealerships for even a small reduction in the £37,000 asking price for the XF, all of them simply refused to discuss the matter, their attitude was that the price is not negotiable, and any reduction for a cash sale was not up for discussion.
I contacted UKnewcars with a degree of skepticism as this was a new area for me and we were talking about a big capital outlay. After a very friendly discussion with UKnewcars, a price for the Jaguar XF with my specification was arrived at with an amazing £4000 reduction. My reaction to this was that it was too good to be true and that if that is the case than it usually is. As I was wary of this new venture, I went back to two Local Jaguar dealers and told them what I could get the car for and both of these dealers refused to accept such a price was possible, one saying that it was cheaper than they buy the car for and that it could not be done and as such the price was a scam and if I could get the car for that price I should grab it with both hands. With the dealers refusal to even discuss a price reduction, I was determined to go ahead with UKnewcars, as all transactions were in fact done with a franchised Jaguar dealer and no money was exchanged with UKnewcars. I was put in contact with the Jaguar dealer, agreed my specification and paid £1000 deposit directly to the Jaguar dealer. This is the normal arrangement with any Jaguar dealer. So I was in effect only gambling £1K and I was dealing with a registered Jaguar dealer. I was still believing that this will never work., but I was given all of the build information and dates for the XF as supplied from Jaguar. A delivery date was agreed. The day before the delivery date I contacted the Jaguar dealer and they confirmed the car had been delivered and was available for me to pick up.
I went to the Jaguar dealer the next day and paid the outstanding £31K, signed all of the documentation and drove my new car away, and saving £4,000 in the process.
So what appeared to be 'To Good To Be True' was amazingly True.
Just how UKnewcars do it I do not know, but if I am saving £4,000, I don't need to know. I dealt throughout with a registered Jaguar dealer and paid UKnewcars nothing for a service that I could not have wished for more.
I would without reservation, recommend the services of UKnewcars for anyone contemplating the purchase of any new car. The painful business of negotiating a deal is totally avoided and I could never got a deal anywhere near that which I obtained using UKnewcars, especially with a Jaguar Dealership.
An amazing service I will use every time I buy any new car.
