Vehicle Procurement Solutions Ltd trading as Uknewcars offer products or services via a carefully selected panel of funders and fully franchised UK dealership.
We receive financial remuneration from introducing business to these selected funders and fully franchised UK dealership. When ordering your vehicle with us you will enter into an agreement with a carefully selected finance partner or fully franchised UK dealership.
We are paid a commission from the selected partner only at the point your vehicle is delivered, the value of this commission can impact the amount payable by the customer and can vary, other commission values are pre-set and can impact the amount payable by a customer.
In line with FCA legislation a customer (private individual, sole trader or small partnership) who uses our services which results in entering an agreement that is regulated by the consumer credit act has the right to request the amount of commission we receive.
Sam Shah (Managing Director) is responsible for Commission Disclosure within Vehicle Procurement Solutions Ltd trading as Uknewcars and after the initial request a customer should receive a response within 10 working days.
Regulated customers can request the disclosure of commission that we receive up to the time their agreement is set live. This request can be in any format, phone, email or in writing:
