Sam’s background is in finance and prior to joining UK New Cars, he worked as a qualified accountant at a large firm in London. He is also an avid petrolhead who spends hours researching cars and reading motoring magazines from cover to cover. As a result, there’s not much that he doesn’t know about cars, even down to the kerb weight of a Ford Focus RS MK1! During his time in London, Sam would use his vast motoring knowledge to help friends and family find great deals on new cars. In 2008, he decided to leave the City and join UK New Cars, where he could put both his business know-how and passion for cars to good use. He manages our sales and customer service processes and loves to help our customers find the best possible deal on a new car. Outside work, Sam is a huge Liverpool fan and will argue with anyone that statistically, they are still the best team in the Premier League!
Co-founder Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the automotive industry. With proven skills in negotiating vehicle discounts for large corporate clients, he has played a key role in bringing fleet prices to UK car buyers via UK New Cars. A keen Norwich City fan, Andrew has held a season ticket for over 10 years. Although he deals with new cars in his day job, his true passion is for the classic age of motoring and he will often be found searching for hidden gems at classic car shows around the country.
